Finally, we have some Shishito Peppers in the garden! We had been babying some small seedlings through that late cold snap we had and finally got to set them out in the garden on May 5th. And look at them today! See you in the garden!
You can google 'blistered shishito peppers' to get a simple way to serve these wonderful peppers as an appetizer.
